Other browsers (Netscape, Firefox, etc.): After downloading the update file to your desktop or C: drive, double-click it to start the update process.

Problems installing the update?

Reboot the computer.

After the computer starts, go directly back to this page on our web site.
Do not try to start Insta-Pay before going to our web site.

Make sure the download runs to completion.

Do not close the black DOS window, it will close by itself when finished. When the download is completely finished, you can start Insta-Pay. You don't need to reboot after download.
